Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information I collect through moklas.com, why I collect it, and how I handle it. "I," "me," and "Moklas" refer to Abdul Momen, operating as Moklas. If anything here is unclear, email me at momen@moklas.com and I will answer directly.

What I collect

If you use the contact form on this site, I collect what you enter: your name, email address, and project message. Two fields are optional: a link to a design file, and a file attachment (up to 10 MB). I only collect a design file or link if you choose to include one.

If you contact me by email or WhatsApp instead of the form, I receive whatever you send me directly, the same as any normal conversation.

This site does not run any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. I don't use cookies to track you across visits, and I don't collect information passively just from you browsing the page.

Why I collect it

Only to respond to your inquiry, put together a fixed quote, and deliver the work if we move forward. I don't use your information for anything beyond the project you contacted me about.

How your information is used

Your name and email are used to reply to you and, if we work together, to communicate about the project and send invoices. Any design file or brief you share is used only to scope and build the work you asked for.

I don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Design files and project materials

Files, briefs, and project materials you share are treated as confidential and used only for your project. If you need a signed NDA before sharing anything, I'm glad to provide one, this is a normal part of how I work with agencies and designers.

Delivered project files are kept for a reasonable period after completion in case you need the source files again or request a fix under the 30-day guarantee. If you'd like your files deleted sooner, email me and I'll remove them.

Contact form submissions

When you send the contact form, I receive your name, email, brief, any optional design-file link or upload, and your chosen project type and timeline. You immediately get a confirmation email with a reference number (like MOK-123456) so you can track your request; mentioning it later helps me find your thread quickly.

I keep a short internal log of submissions (timestamp, reference, your name and email, and a truncated brief) so I can follow up on requests. It's stored on my own server, isn't sold or shared, and I'll delete it if you ask.

Third-party services I use to run this business

Contacting me through WhatsApp means that conversation is handled under WhatsApp's (Meta's) own privacy terms, not mine, since I don't control that platform. If you find or contact me through Fiverr, that interaction is covered by Fiverr's own privacy policy for anything that happens on their platform. Email sent to momen@moklas.com is handled through standard email infrastructure. I don't use any other third-party analytics, marketing, or data-processing tools on this site at this time.

Your rights

Wherever you're located, you can ask me at any time to: tell you what information I have about you, correct anything that's inaccurate, or delete your information entirely. If you're in the EU, UK, or another region with its own data protection law, those same rights apply and I'll honor requests under whichever framework applies to you. Email momen@moklas.com for any of this and I'll respond directly, not through a support ticket system.

Security

I take reasonable steps to keep the information you share with me secure, including basic protections on the contact form itself (spam filtering and rate limiting). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and I can't guarantee absolute security, but I don't treat that as an excuse to be careless with your information.

Children's privacy

This site and my services are intended for businesses and professional individuals. I don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If I make a meaningful change to how I handle information, I'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. I won't quietly change how I use information you've already given me without telling you.
